Happy Holidays!
We have immediate openings for Full-Time Positions in our Killeen warehouse.
At USAMM, we build custom military ribbon racks for wear on United States Armed Forces dress uniforms. No experience necessary – we fully train. Excellent English skills are critical as the positions require training in – and understanding of – military-spec uniform requirements.
Pay:
These are full time positions, starting pay is $11.50 / hour.
Full Time positions include fully employer-paid medical and dental insurance (no employee contributions), aggressive paid vacation benefits (up to five weeks of paid vacation), and a potential to earn a monthly bonus based on productivity, efficiency, quality of work, and other related factors.
Work Environment / Covid Response:
This is a warehouse position. Accommodations have been made to make the environment as comfortable as possible. We have heating and air conditioning but still regular temperature fluctuations do occur throughout the day and seasonally.
We have face masks and/or face coverings available for all employees. We provide hand sanitizing stations throughout the work space and maintain a clean facility.
Note:
We conduct background checks as part of the application/hiring process.
Work Hours:
Full Time positions require availability to work 4 – 9/10 hour days a week. Operating hours are Monday – Friday, approximately 7-ish a.m. to 6-ish p.m.
About The Positions:
We carry more than 30,000 products for the military dress uniforms of all five branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and also build custom ribbon racks and medal racks for wear on official military uniforms.
Our picking and packing personnel pull items from our warehouse inventory and package them up for customer orders going out the same day. These particular positions demand individuals who are able to move around on their feet, throughout the warehouse and offices, with no limitations.
This is not a physically demanding job, aside from spending the majority of your day walking and standing.
Excellent candidates have a great attention to detail and can quickly scan line items on a packing slip and then locate those exact items in the proper location in our inventory.
