Warehouse Associate
ScheduleS available: 7AM to 3:30PM or 3PM – 12 MIDNIGHT
Pay rate: $10 an hour
Location: Los Indios, TX 78567 (SAN BENITO)

Basic Function: Responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming inventory and empty totes, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders. Collaborate with shipping and receiving department, and manage inventory of all products.
Accountabilities
Process, Package and ship orders accurately
Organizing stock and/or empty totes and maintaining inventory
Organize warehouse space
Inspect Products for defects and damages
Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
Receive and track Shipments from factory and/or factory
Check, verify and fill shipping and receiving documentations
Tag and Label Merchandise
Prepare all orders for shipments
Addresses and resolve any shipments or delivery errors
Assist in addressing customer and/or factory complaints with regards to shipments and deliveries.
Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with procedure and standards
Prepare Inventory transfers(IT’s_ for business needs or for Return Material Authorization(RMA’s) back from customer or Return to Vendor (RTV) back to factory
Collaborates on any position in the work group, follows customer department and industry standards in execution of duties.
Monitors, controls, and verifies movement of parts or materials in and out of work areas.
Receives and arranges in-plant transfer of materials or incoming parts, supplies, etc. for stock to meet production or other schedules.
Must follow department, customer and industry standards in execution of duties.
Assist with quality checks of parts, procedures, scraps, etc.
Complies with and enforces all procedures and work instructions.
Responds to quality and work issues and takes corrective action as appropriate.
Identifies and segregates, as necessary, suspect or non-conforming material and notifies the appropriate authority for instructions.
Conduct Monthly Cycle Count and Yearly physical inventory
Assist in research and resolve all the inaccuracies in inventory and complete audits
Interprets and complies with Company policies, procedures, and regulations
Required to fill in for or assist on any position in the work group.
Periodically examines product for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
PROBLEM-SOLVING/KNOW HOW: : (complexity of problems and education/experience & other knowledge required)
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English required, the ability to speak, read and write.

Ability to learn computer applications as necessary for the position.

Must communicate appropriate information accurately and clearly as needed.

Quality Procedures: Review procedures, materials, or processes to assure compliance to all specifications and standards.
Comply with and enforce all procedures and work instructions.
Respond to quality and work issues and take corrective action as appropriate.
Has the organizational authority to identify and segregate, as necessary, suspect or non-conforming material (for example components, saleable product, specifications, controlled documents, etc.) and to notify the appropriate authority (manager, etc.) for instructions.
Safety and EPA Compliance: Maintains tools, equipment, and work areas in a neat and orderly manner and observes all work related safety practices and procedures.
Will comply with all applicable Company safety policies, rules, and regulations.
Must comply with all Federal, State, and local environmental laws and regulations and relevant company procedures and instructions related to the environmental management system and contribute to the achievement of the relevant environmental objectives and targets established by the Company.
In addition, provides the leadership and resources for such activities as applicable.
Responsible for understanding, implementing, and conforming to areas of the IATF/ISO standards relevant to their process.
Physical Demands:
