Job Description :
We are hiring a part-time or full-time Doctor’s Assistant to join our team at Animal Urgent Care of South Orange County in Mission Viejo, CA. What’s it like to work here?! Create and present financial estimates and treatment plans
Support Doctor’s with their workflow
Guide clients through check-in, discharge, check out
Handle financial transactions
Effectively resolve client questions via phone and email
Take ownership in building trust and relationships with clients
Maintain patient records
Work closely with our medical teams to ensure a positive outcome at each visit

What will help you succeed?

At least 1 year experience in veterinary hospital setting
Team player
Self-driven accountability for learning
Positive attitude and patience
Conflict resolution skills
Self-starter
Quality client service skills and understanding of medical terminology.
Regular weekend shift availability.
