Valet and Information Desk Attendant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pay Rate: $17.00 Per hour! + Benefits
The Valet and Information Desk Attendant is responsible for dispatching Valet Drivers to retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and accurate manner. Provides information to guests via phone and in-person at the Information Desk about valet services, general casino and resort services, amenities, promotions and events. Assists with valet services in the valet driveway as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education

High School Diploma or GED Certificate.

Additional Requirements

Previous guest service experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated patience, tact, and respect.
Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.
Excellent phone and radio etiquette.
Must be knowledgeable and remain up-to-date regarding casino and resort amenities, promotions and events.
Basic proficiency with computers.
Must apply for, receive, and maintain a Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency.
