Job Description :
Position Summary
The UI Artist is responsible for visual quality of User Interface on mobile game titles. The UI artist creates game UI assets and implements it to give the best experience to users. This is a full time, remote schedule position.
Qualification

2+ years in the games industry and shipped at least 1 title as a UI artist
Strong proficiency with Unity, Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
Be able to conceptualize, present and execute ideas within a tight schedule
A clear understanding of art optimization, game and engine constraints
Experience with Unity project

Responsibility

Working with an Art Director and Game Director to establish and push the look of the game’s UI, covering the frontend, in-game HUD and any additional art content required whilst adhering to the established UI style guide, game direction and overall theme and aesthetic
Create defined art styles from initial concept through to the final product
Create UI design/layout, visual design, and high quality art assets for user interfaces
Participate in all phases of the experience design process with a concentration on conceptual design/development, visual design, UI art production and game integration
Prepare assets and partner with engineers to implement user interface game assets in Unity
Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, handle time effectively, and complete your work with minimal oversight
