Job Description :
LHH seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter in Houston, TX or remote to work with a client on a contract biase! This role is contract for 6 month and could go longer. The pay rate $40-$45/hr.

Position: Technical Recruiter
Duration: Contract (6 months)
Pay: $40-$45/hr
Schedule: M-F 8 am-5 pm
Address: 100% REMOTE- Houston, TX 77032

Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle Tech Recruiting experience only!!

Degree PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED

Average requisition load right now 30+ requisitions at a time
Skilled labor workers

Engineers & Technicians

Workday experience a PLUS

Strong working knowledge within LinkedIn Recruiter + Indeed

VERY HIGH VOLUME, FAST PACED recruiting!

MUST know HOW to find tech candidates and source strategy

Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of different interviewing techniques

Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills

Needing a proven performer in the technical recruiting space!
