Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer who will provide subject matter expertise on finding and attracting highly skilled technical talent. This person will join a fast-paced, dynamic Talent Acquisition team that experiments with new technologies and drives business decisions with data. We push for excellence each day, and do it with care and respect for each of our team members.
Responsibilities include:
Source potential and passive candidates through social media, internet sourcing, direct outreach, and relationship building.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements of roles and functions to identify candidates with best fit.
Design and execute sourcing strategies that fit and flex with dynamic and evolving business priorities.
Develop and maintain pipelines/pools of potential talent.
Consult and guide hiring leaders, Human Resource Business Partners, candidates, and employees on talent acquisition practices, processes, timelines, and outcomes.
Create diverse slates by sourcing and recruiting nationwide using applicable tools (e.g., CRM tools, social media campaigns, hiring events, etc.) to find the best talent that meets business needs.
Represent the company in various internal and external hiring forums, as well as with professional associations, diversity groups, and community service groups.
Maintain ongoing communication and working relationships with hiring leaders, employees, candidates, HR Business Partners, Labor Relations, Compensation, Global Diversity & Inclusion, and Legal.
Utilize Microsoft Office.
Travel occasionally for hiring events or other recruitment-related activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in core sourcing skills (such as job requirements gathering, technical sourcing, social media, cold calling, phone screening, customer relationship management).
Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume environment and delivering quality under very tight timelines.
Demonstrated experience designing strategies and techniques to fit unique business needs.
Desired Skills:
Experience sourcing candidates for technical engineering positions preferably software or IT related.
Experience sourcing candidates for positions requiring security clearances.
Understanding of human capital analytics and key workforce metrics.
Ability to influence stakeholders using multiple methods and data.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to process changes and hiring adjustments.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics.
Strong decision making, judgement, oral and written communication.
Business and financial acumen
