The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Support Technical Manager to join the team in Seal Beach, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing technical or specialist activities within Product Support
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
3+ years of experience with aerospace products and/ or product support
3+ years of experience with engineering management or technical management
3+ years of experience with developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in functioning in a cross-functional environment
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $119,850 – $162,150
