Technica seeks to recruit for the position of Supply Technician Lead (SSMO) on a government contract with a place of performance at Fort Bliss, TX
Position Description:

This position performs all aspects of technical management work (e.g., warehouse management, inventory management, storage management, cataloging, property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities.
The work generally involves individual preparing special reports for regulatory material.
Frequently reviews dining facility equipment replacement records for correct data and advises supervisor when replacement plans need to be updated.
Coordinates with DPW and vendors for timely repair of equipment. Provides the Food Program Manager (FPM) with the monthly Dining Facility Operations Report by gathering data from each operational dining facility.
Candidate is required to comply with all SOPs, STORES and AFMIS system policies, adhere to all Safety policies.
Comply with environmental Laws/Regulations, comply with Army Regulations/Policies and TM 10-412, Armed Forces Recipe Service, for all installation dining facilities for input into the Dining Facility Operations (DTO) subsystem of AFMIS or other supply activities.
Responsible for providing instruction to DFO managers in Ration/Issue Cycle Planning, Meal Production Planning, Inventory Management, DFO inquiries, headcount, cash collection procedures and batch processing.
Performs typing work using office automation equipment. Uses database or spreadsheet software to record, revise, correct, merge, print and program material.
Candidate will be responsible for maintaining warehouse filing system and key control system.
The candidate is responsible for food service orders and maintaining communication with all food inspectors and the food service chief.
Establish work priorities for office and warehouse employees alike. Help maintain accountabilities for all rations and serve as the POC for government communicated tasks.
Responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance of all Technica policies and procedures within the prescribed work area.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be extremely customer focused and capable of short-range planning, analysis, and the ability to understand the processing of parts and have the following additional requirements traits:
A good working knowledge of running a stock control and supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.
An understanding of the needs of the organizations serviced and the overall mission concerns of those units. Candidate must be able to conduct research documents, familiar with all applications within the Warehouse.
Must have three years’ experience in and with military supply and logistics systems.
Provide customer assistance, when necessary, by resolving their problems or directing them to the proper personnel for getting correct problem resolution.
Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to quickly research and collect the necessary applicable data, to establish the applicable facts, and to take or recommend action based upon proven applications or interpretation of systematic established guidelines.
Must be able to coordinate actions of the SSMO to ensure a constant supply of subsistence support is provided to authorize customers.
Ability to produce reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience maintaining files with Army Record Information System (ARIMS).
An associate or higher degree in business, management, logistics or the equivalent military service schools’ graduations to verify the abilities and competence required to perform in a wide scope of supply related tasks.
Must have High School diploma or GED equivalent, associate degree preferred.
Former US Army MOS 92G or 92Y equivalent preferred.
Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must be computer literate.
Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. •Must have experience 3 years of experience.
Must have a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines.
Must be able to work in a team environment including working in hot, dusty, windy areas for prolong time periods.
Be able to pick up and movement items within a 50 lbs. restriction
Be capable of climbing and working on equipment at 10 feet above ground limit
Be capable of using and understanding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
