We are seeking an engaging Spa Supervisor to lead by example with a positive demeanor, contribute towards a quality work environment, and uphold the Spa Standards (LQA/Forbes). They will assist the Spa Manager with administrative duties to include Front Desk, Retail and Attendant schedules, lead monthly inventories, ensure proper inventory levels are maintained in retail, and generate purchase orders. They are responsible for booking and upselling spa services, retail product, and processing all payments in a courteous and efficient manner. They will provide information and spa tours to any guest or visitor inquiry and are responsible for the welcome and departure of spa guests. The Spa Supervisor will also be the lead for training of support staff and ensure that standards are understood and practiced.

Requirements
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Spa or Leisure industry, preferably in supervisory position. Also requires good communication skills and the ability to be a solid team player with good interpersonal skill. Must have a friendly, energetic, outgoing, and engaging personality focused on guest satisfaction.
