Job Description :
Forest Lane Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a high performing Service Manager to lead the daily operations of our Service Department. This individual is responsible for cultivating a positive culture, serving a loyal clientele, maintaining excellent employee relations, managing expenses, as well as setting and maintaining sales and profit objectives. This role requires satisfaction of any/all customer concerns and ensures that service is being performed at a level of the highest quality.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

Develop and monitor budgets for the service department.
Stay up-to-date on product changes, manufacturer training, and new products.
Ensure that all necessary shop equipment is in proper and safe working condition.
Ensure that the service department meets all customer satisfaction (CSI) and financial goals.
Ensure proper repair procedures are being used.
Analyze businesses to determine areas of opportunity, and develop action plans to improve performance.
Hire, train, develop, and support the service team to achieve key goals.
Establish promotional service pricing and strategy.


Bilingual in both English and Spanish is required for this position
Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep in contact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
Ability to set, meet, and exceed targeted goals.
Experience and desire to work with cutting-edge technology.
Positive attitude with a high-energy level.
Ability to work well in a process driven and structured environment.
World-class customer service experience.


55 +/- 5 hours per week.


Starting amount of $110,000 a year plus commission based on experience and results
