Work you’ll do

As a Technical Leader at Deloitte, you will provide a deep expertise in a subject area and work within an engagement team to identify the organization’s needs, define the business or technology architecture, plan how large projects will be delivered, oversee the solution design and i mplementation, manage the progress of the team and activities, and confirm work products meet our firm’s and the client’s quality standards.

The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Strong technical experience implementing Sales and Service Cloud projects for TMT or other industry clients
Strong Salesforce integration skills integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft or other middleware products
Good Salesforce user experience layer design & build skills using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura and JavaScript
Strong experience using APEX on previous projects; Abilities to review / share feedback on Salesforce coding best practices supporting application scalability
Client facing experience working with business and IT client stakeholders in leading an architectural / technical design and gain acceptance from cross functional client and vendor teams
Prior experience building technical artifacts including Salesforce configuration design, technical design.

Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all Salesforce product offerings
Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution
Business process modeling
Database fundamentals
