Fast paced Personal Injury law firm seeking a Legal Assistant to join our growing team. Legal Assistant will be responsible for managing clerical tasks and initial aspects of Personal Injury cases. Responsibilities:
-Intake calls
-Process mail and faxes
-Data entry-Send out letters of representation to insurance companies-Order police reports-Provide quality client service.
Qualifications:
-Fluent in Spanish is a plus-Complete understanding of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills-Capable of working independently or under direct supervision-Excellent communication skills and customer service

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
