Job Summary
At Chick-fil-A Beltway 8 & Hammerly, the Operations Director executes systems that maintain precise and complete focus on the flow of food from the time it enters Back of House until the time it is received by guests. The Operations Director will use Lean practices to ensure maximum efficiency in the process flow of all food items. They will be the driving force behind ensuring communication of all process changes, as well as ensuring complete understanding of process changes amongst Leadership.

Starting Pay
$20.00/hr with overtime potential

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Creates and maintains process flows that ensure maximum efficiency in food delivery from Back of House, to Front of House, to guest
Creates and maintains systems to ensure maximum efficiency in order accuracy
Creates and maintains systems to ensure timely speed of service to guests
Troubleshoots and problem-solves issues that hinder efficient food flows
Ensures complete understanding of system and process changes by communicating effectively to all levels of Leadership as well as Team Members
Operates with and understands Lean principles
Subject Matter Expert on all things related to Front of House operations (drive thru, iPads, register, etc.)
Maintains positive trend in all goals and metrics relating to process flows
On position during peak business hours
Creates high level impacts on the business goals
Other duties as assigned by Leadership

Speed of Service (SOS) at or below business goal
Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) goals met

Job Qualifications

Previous Chick-fil-A experience highly preferred
Proven effective Leadership experience
