Residential Protective Agent

Key Responsibilities:

The Residential Protection Agent is responsible for safeguarding the VIP, family, and the residence using a protective surveillance model.

The Residential Protection Agent will maintain a low profile while on duty and will provide real time updates about the conditions in the surrounding area to VIP and all support parties.

The Residential Protection Agent will develop a pattern of life and accurately communicate to all supporting parties as required.

The Residential Protection Agent will display a high level of professionalism, and customer service while speaking with VIP and family.

The Residential Protection Agent will maintain the estate by coordinating with the lawn care provider, pool care provider, incoming personnel and screen all deliveries including packages and mail.

The Residential Protection Agent will provide secure, effective, and pleasant transportation to VIP and family upon request.

Primary Obligation:

Establish a control room for security to operate out of
Monitor Cameras, duty phone, signal comms thread, grounds (by conducting unpredictable patrols), and alarms (duress button)
Establish a Safe Room for the VIP and family
Create Residential Pattern of life to anticipate movement
Screen all incoming packages and mail for suspicious activity
Plan immediate action plan for swift execution during time of duress
Ensure the overall safety and security of the designated principals and their property
Conduct ongoing Risk and Vulnerability Assessments of clients’ residence
Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and deterring trespassers, potential criminals, and potential surveillance activities by conducting counter surveillance
Develop and maintain residential Standard Operation Procedures (SOP’s) and Daily Activity Report (DAR)
Control access to property and maintain entry logs for guests and service personnel (i.e., yard maintenance, garbage schedule, pool maintenance, etc…)
Maintain all equipment used in support of the protective operations program (i.e., vehicles, medical supplies, communications devices, etc.)
Coordinate and transport VIP and family via transport vehicle as requested
Identify nearby medical facilities relative to residence, and route of travel
Liaison with local Law Enforcement to obtain support and build a cohesive bond and AO (area of operation) continuity
Additional duties to follow per client request

Qualifications:

Minimum 8+ years Military, Special Operations, Law Enforcement Experience, or Bachelor’s Degree
Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
Ability to pass a comprehensive local, state, and federal background check
Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Well Developed EQ Skills (Emotional Intelligence)
Prepared to present security briefing and give recommendations
Able to recognize factors associated with threats for appropriate assessment and countermeasures.
Concealed Weapon Permit or Reciprocity for State of Assignment
Current CA Guard Card and Exposed Firearms Permit

Compensation & Benefits:

$32-$40 per hour: Based on experience, training and other related qualifications
