Arkhaven Qlassic Clean is a SMALL cleaning company in need of Professional Independent Residential & Airbnb 1099 Contractor Cleaners for Dallas, North Dallas, & Collin County. Specific locations in those areas are: Dallas, North Dallas, Richardson, Frisco, Plano, Allen, Mckinney, Murphy, Southlake, Coppell and surrounding areas. If you are a contractor that can take on more clients in these areas, this is the place for you!

RESIDENTIAL AND AIRBNB-BNB CLEANINGS ARE TWO DIFFERENT CLEANINGS. PLEASE APPLY FOR THE ONE YOU ARE BEST IN. WE ARE LOOKING FOR 5 RESIDENTIAL CLEANERS & 5 AIRBNB CLEANERS. WE WILL BE HAVING SHORT INTERVIEWS TO MAKE SURE YOUR QUALIFY FOR THE POSITIONS

Medium to high influx of clients ready for cleans between the end of November through December and beyond. All cleaner contractor candidates that are qualified to apply must have their applications sent in by or before November 28, 2022. Please apply as soon as possible so that we can get paperwork and onboarding done.
Airbnb Cleanings:

Turnover Cleanings for Short Term & Long Term Rentals.
We perform routine cleanings between guest stays.
Washing all linens & towels.
Remaking beds.
Washing and drying inside windows.
Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets,sinks,and kitchen fixtures.
Restocking & tracking consumables items such as paper products, soap Etc. Making sure that the property unit is back to a “GUEST READY STATE”.
We also report damages with in 72 hours after guests check out of the property….And more….

Residential Cleanings:

AIRBNB-BNB REQUIRED: 1 year of experience
