Location: Talent 101, Inc – Addison, TX
Job Title: Recruiter
POSITION SUMMARY The Recruiter will be working on IT & Engineering requirements and report to the manager of recruiting.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

2+ years experience
Develops and implements job-specific recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and strategies.
Screens applications and resumes.
Conduct screening interviews.
Verifies and processes documentation associated with the selection process
Processes applicant and employee data using computerized systems.
Call prospective candidates
Ensures that staffing and selection practices are in compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and guidelines.
Must have a sense of urgency

Applicants must be at least 18 years or older, must be willing to take a drug test and background check as part of the selection process and must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
