In the Recruiter role your primary focus will be sourcing candidates, interviews, screens, building relationships and managing the candidate lifecycle stages. You will coordinate with clients on interviews and the needs of the positions.

Our ideal candidate:

Has a strong passion for being a professional recruiter and takes pride in your ability to use tools like LinkedIn or Indeed to find, connect with, and guide candidates through interview processes.

Has amazing communication skills and has the ability to speak with anyone at any level. You are able to build great relationships, present opportunities, describe the cultures of our clients, deeply interview for skill and culture fit and are comfortable having the more difficult conversations about topics such as compensation, interview prep and critical interview feedback.

Possesses a positive, go-getter mindset. Let’s face it, recruiting is difficult and can be frustrating. Your ability to continue a positive and energetic drive has supported your success.

Has mastered the ability to balance multiple searches simultaneously while keeping a balance of quality and volume.

Is excited about sharing creative solutions to help the team create more efficient and effective processes.

We think you’ll need the following:

At least 1 year strengthening your skills as a professional recruiter: sourcing passive candidates, building great relationships, interviewing, managing interview and closing

Experience utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and/or EdJoin and ideally other recruiting tools

Job Type:

Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (business hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm (PST)

Pay:

$26.00 per hour minimum – DOE

Work Location:

Mostly Remote: Resident of CA preferred

Required to come to the Pasadena, California corporate office
20 days per year for
mandatory in-person days
