Job Description :
Vanguard Auto Group is searching for 2 energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our Volkswagen team in North Austin. You will answer phone calls, greet guest and set service appointments. Your role is important in allowing an exciting and enjoyable customer experience.

What are the requirements?

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write, add, subtract, divide and comprehend written instructions and information
Customer service
Phone skills
Computer skills
Bilingual a plus
Previous industry experience a plus
