Job Description :
Acara Solutions is looking for a Receiving Clerk for our client located in Houston, TX

Receiving clerk is responsible for unloading product shipments and processing them according to our processes and procedures.
Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list.
Utilizing SAP to perform goods receipts and update product inventory.
Ensuring damaged items are properly documented and placed in quality control.
Maintain accurate records of incoming materials.
Compliance with established company processes / procedures and following work instructions.
Responsible for completing all paperwork, computer transaction and record keeping of all inventory transactions.
Utilize pallet jack, forklift, and other handling equipment.
Other warehouse duties as assigned (shipping, packing, kitting).

Pay and Benefits:

The Salary for this position is $25.00 per hour (Max Pay rate).

Required Skills / Qualifications:

At least a High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse receiving role/function.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SAP ERP system.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Data entry, math.
10-key calculator.
Analytical.
Detail oriented.
Problem solving.
Cycle Counting.
Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Additional Information:

Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
Utilize ladders to put away materials.
Lift 50 lbs. or more.
