Exciting opportunity to work with at a global hi-tech company in Silicon Valley. The project specialist is responsible for providing project support to ensure efficient operations of the office. The role involves internal employee events organization, workplace operational tasks and project execution, as well as working closely with TDK InvenSense Executive Team on logistics coordination such as, scheduling, calendar management, domestic and international travel, expense reporting, and employment engagement activities as required.

Internal employee event planning (in-person and virtual), arrangement, and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and social event committee members for event setup and deployment
Organize employee volunteering activities
Manage day-to-day operations of workplace such as keeping track of service orders/delivering, purchasing office supplies, business cards, business meals, breakroom refreshments and handling administrative services requests
Provide administrative assistance to the TDK InvenSense Executive Team on scheduling and calendaring management, travel arrangements, expense report submissions, team building activities, and special meetings/workshops setup.
Connect with TDK global site contacts for meeting coordination and project deployment
Manage visitor pre-registration process, greeting visitor (onsite or virtual) and providing general support to visitors
Keep accurate records of office administrative team’s spending and manage invoices and expense reports regularly
Ad-hoc support for external tradeshow planning and preparation
Research and source vendors/suppliers for workspace services and custom branding imprint projects
Serve as point of contact for external suppliers/vendors


Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years pf experience in workplace operations, facilities services, or closely related function
Excellent organizational and planning skills. Strong independent decision-making capabilities and have the ability to respond to requests effectively and efficiently.
Proficient at using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to work collaboratively in a global team environment and be a s trong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
