JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with key stakeholders and commercialization team members to put together bespoke information requests for tier 1 and tier 2 clients.
Manage multiple ecosystem expansion and hardening projects with timelines between 3 and 6 months to completion ranging from auth improvement initiatives to Core cleanup directives.
Work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure effective information dissemination of key network changes across both card and account.
Package reach recommendations and materials in a format that is consumable and action-oriented for internal teams, and where applicable, our clients.
Candidate will be expected to summarize, report, and communicate project findings to a wider audience of product, sales, customer services and regional leadership teams in a clear and concise manner. The chosen candidate should have the ability to foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to the business.
