Job Description :
Our Store Manager will be an experienced, enthusiastic, friendly, high energy manager that will work with a sense of urgency and has excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for the overall operations of the store. Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities and deliver quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Job Functions
Responsible for the overall operations of the store
Responsible for building a team of top performers
Strong leadership skills with a take charge attitude
Provide leadership, direction, training and development to the team
Develop a motivated team by being an example with a positive reinforced management style
Make staffing decisions as recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, discipling and discharging.
Manage the stores financial performance, reports and replenish inventory
Develop and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the site is kept clean
Execute paperwork and reporting promptly, accurately and completely
Adequality stock and organize product per ad plan roll outs
Communicate with your area manager regularly regarding business objectives, issues, and requirements.

Requirements and Skills
High School Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years managing a team of employees
Working knowledge of all management aspects in a retail/food related industry
Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
Overall skills and knowledge of basic mathematical principals and practices,
Highly Proficient at cash handling
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow through
Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals
General knowledge of computers, POS systems, various electrical devices and software
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle and resolve customer and employee concerns in a timely manner
Ability to stand and work for approximately 95% of your shift including the ability to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds.
