Job Description :
MAC Pizza Management, Inc is a Domino’s Pizza franchisee, consisting of 97 stores in Texas, employing over 2,500 Team Members (and growing). Our main office is in College Station, Texas.
MAC Pizza is looking for a Full-Time Payroll/Benefits Assistant to work in our College Station office. Approximately 35-40 hours per week.
Job Summary:
The Payroll/Benefits Assistant will work with the Payroll/Benefits Manager and Human Resources Department on day-to-day operations. Assist payroll processing vendor with payroll data compilation and review, assist Payroll/Benefits Manager with benefit administration of 401k and Paid Time Off, and helps maintain employee database and files within the Human Resources Department.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Provide and review payroll data for Payroll vendor
· Administer various employee benefits programs, such as 401(k) and Paid Time Off
· Entering and processing data for various HR and Payroll Reports
· Help HR team review and update employee documents into the HRIS
· Other duties as assigned
· Able to quickly learn new computer programs and procedures
· Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
· Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws preferred
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Attention to detail
· Needs to possess the ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from management to accomplish objectives and problem solving
· Must be dependable, responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized
· Must have the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Bilingual (English/Spanish)-Preferred
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or GED
· Previous experience in employee payroll processing
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
