Job Description :
La Pergoletta in Los Angeles, CA is looking for one panini prep ( prep cook/panini artist) to join our 35 person strong team. We are located on 1802 Hillhurst Ave, LA CA 90027. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities

*Set up workstation *set up patio tables *prepare panini to business standards *Follow health and safety guidelines *Prepare ingredients for use during shift

Qualifications

*Proven working experience as a prep cook, preferably in a fast pace restaurant *Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *must speak English

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.50 – $17.00/hour.
