Job title: Production Operator (Packaging Operator Assistant Level 3)
We are excited that you are interested in a position at Owens Corning Delmar!
As a Production Operator at our facility, you will be working as part of a crew assisting the manufacturing process for insulation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Packaging the insulation
Troubleshooting of machinery
Verifying the quality of product
General housekeeping and safety practices
Repurposing the insulation

Skills and Abilities:

Must work well in a team environment
Must be able to secure and maintain a forklift driver’s license
Must have the ability to multi-task
Must possess strong organizational skills
Must have a strong safety mindset

Shift Schedule (Rotating Shift):

7am-7pm (3 days on)
3 days off
7pm-7am (3 nights on)
3 days off

Pay Rate:

Day shift: $25.41
Night shift: $26.41
Overtime pay received for hours worked outside of scheduled shift
Differential pay received for hours worked on Sundays (scheduled or unscheduled)
Holiday pay

Requirements Include:

High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years experience in Manufacturing, Machine Operating, or Packaging experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Available to work rotating shifts
