We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager! Our ideal candidate must be reliable, punctual, possess strong leadership skills, have a positive attitude as well as a strong work ethic.
Our Practice Manager leads our entire team, is the trustee of the practice and takes ownership of the patient’s well-being, as well as the growth of the office; our community reputation and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. Our Practice Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of all Ortho 360 locations. Our Manager provides clinical oversight to all team members and holds staff accountable for accomplishing their daily duties, following Ortho 360 policies and procedures and providing excellence in patient care.
What You’ll Do

Provide day-to-day leadership to all team members
Serve as liaison between doctors and team regarding work assignments and clinical priorities
Conduct audits of patient schedules; quality of data entry and patient information; consistency of patient consultations and financial presentations; internal referral process; and supply orders and utilization
Plan for staffing needs, recruit, interview, hire and onboard new team members
Coordinate abscenses and time off requests
Maintain office schedules, calendars and scheduling templates
Perform team member development including but not limited to training, continuous coaching conversations, performance documentation, and disciplinary action as needed.
Create and manage weekly team member schedules and labor costs

Basic Qualifications

Orthodontic experience is a plus but not required
Customer service experience
Management Experience: 2 years (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

Dental office management experience, especially in a multi-location office, highly preferred
Knowledge of Dolphin dental software
Spanish (is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
