Overview:
We seek a driven team leader with a background in facilities management to join our Caleres Distribution Center team.

Responsibilities:
We seek people who:

Formulate and execute tactical day-to-day and hour-by-hour operating plans and adjust staffing based on volume and service level expectations
Help product flow efficiently in a timely manner and proactively identify problems to ensure optimized work flow
Perform operational training and cross-training events and create a culture of ownership and participation
Maintains a safe, secure and healthy work environment, able to show year-on-year improvements in accident and injury statistics
Support the facilities operating budget and KPIs by monitoring daily operating goals and focusing on achieving and exceeding those daily benchmarks
Actively embraces continuous improvement with the team members, processes and environment
Qualifications:
We seek people with these qualifications:

2+ years’ Distribution Center experience preferred
2+ years’ leadership experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Able to work in a team environment, and autonomously to perform individual tasks
Ability to lift 50 pounds
