Office Support Coordinator
EnlivenHealth™ is the Omnicell, Inc. division that builds advanced patient engagement and communications solutions that enable retail pharmacies and health plans to improve the health outcomes of their patients, while strengthening the long-term health of their businesses.
The Office Support Coordinator is responsible for managing EnlivenHealth’s Fort Worth office. Specifically, this person will greet visitors, answer phones, and assist with various facilities tasks. Additionally, the Office Support Coordinator holds responsibility over IVR repair, as well as all shipping & receiving.
Responsibilities

Office Management/Facilities:

Greet people entering the building, answer questions, provide directions, and notify on-site staff if/when they have visitors
Serve as the face of EnlivenHealth, offering friendly service to people entering the building or calling in
Answer multiple line phone system, route calls to necessary extensions, and take messages if/when necessary
Manage building access logs (people entering or exiting)
Accept deliveries & mail, organize and distribute to appropriate recipients
Manage outgoing mail
Maintain reception area, keeping it clutter-free and clean
Assist with proper disposal of recycling and other rubbish
Assist with various facility needs, such as changing lightbulbs, stocking office supplies, etc.

Other:

Prepare New Hire Swag Packages
Assist with department projects
Assist Senior Leadership as needed with various administrative tasks
Assist with preparation of Trade Show Booths
IVR Repair:

Light manufacturing, computer assembly, and kiting
Diagnose, repair, and test computer problems
Manage and install numerous software applications
Assist with inventory management and bi-annual inventory counts
Assist with shipping domestic and international, palletized or individual shipments
Work with Quality Assurance to ensure proper software images and testing procedures are followed.
Ensure failure rates of hardware not to exceed more than 3% during warranty period

Required Knowledge and Skills

Critical thinking, active learning, troubleshooting, and systems evaluation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with shipping & receiving logistics
Computer proficiency
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) proficiency

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates Degree or Certification in technical discipline, related discipline, or applicable work experience
Understanding and usage of Symantec Ghost Imaging software
Ability to build a PC from scratch
Experience with Windows OS, LINUX (CentOS, Redhat, SUSE, SCO, Ubuntu, SLES), and UNIX (AIX, Solaris)
CompTIA’s A+

Work Conditions

Office environment – Ft. Worth, TX
Standing and/or sitting for long periods of time; must be able to lift 70lbs
