Job Description :
This is a part time position 30-40 hours a week. M-F 9am-4pm (flexible). Small family owned construction company. Our office is located in Parker, TX. This position is perfect for someone who is a self starter and has excellent communication and people skills. We pride ourselves on client satisfaction and professionalism. Casual atmosphere. Must have experience with Quickbooks, Google Docs, and general administrative experience. This is an immediate hire we are looking to fill this position quickly with the right candidate.
Qualifications
Must have strong knowledge of MS Office, Quickbooks, Google Apps, Adobe
Must have excellent written, oral and organizational skills
Must possess a professional friendly attitude
Must have a valid TX drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Must be able to work independently
Duties
Answer incoming telephone calls and screen them accordingly
Utilize the shared Google calendar to set estimate appointments for the sales team
Create and utilize a working system for estimate appointment follow-ups with clients
Continuously check voicemail and return phone calls in a timely manner
Use courtesy and professionalism when emailing clients or vendors.
Light Daily cleaning and trash removal in office
Organize and prepare work crews work order, maps, etc. for the following day
Maintain a professional working relationship with vendors- pick up materials if needed.
Maintain/update client/contact database, stay up to date with weekly projects/client
File correspondence and perform other routine clerical tasks as needed
Order and maintain relevant office supplies, including kitchen supplies
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer
Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
Maintain work hours with professional attendance/punctuality/personal appearance
Carry out various duties daily to keep office running smoothly
Maintaining and preparing marketing material for prospective clients
Christmas card mail out, job completion thank you cards, marketing mail outs, etc.
Learn city codes
Be available for light travel within DFW area for the following duties during working hours:
Pick up checks from clients as needed. Make Bank Deposits as needed. Apply for and pick up permits from various cities as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
