Job Description :
The objective of the New Home Consultant position is to be responsible for the sale and closure of new single family homes in designated communities as well as be able to coordinate all aspects of the home buying process to provide an outstanding customer experience. As well as responsible for maintaining model home and community cleanliness and visibility through various advertising strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Source/drive traffic & convert sales at the community level.
Source/provide assistance/guidance in the selection of interior décor for new homes.
Orchestrate weekly update phone calls/conferences between sales, construction, & customers.
Coordinate with construction for the benefit of the customer & to insure satisfaction.
Attend weekly sales meetings as well as periodic sales team functions.
Network and communicate with local real estate community.
Execute contract paperwork to company standards.
Maintain/exceed company expectations as related to sales quotas & customer satisfaction hurdles.

Job Knowledge and Skills:

Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Maintain proper and professional etiquette and appearance.
Exemplary customer service skills
Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producers
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
Flexibility to help assist with new task and office change
Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work
Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a background check

Experience Requirements:

2+ yes of relevant sales experience

Educations Requirements:

High School Diploma but College degree preferred in related field
