Title: Marketing GeneralistLocation: Westlake, TX – ( Remote)Pay: $29.35/ Hr + Vision, Medical, and Dental Insurance ( Weekly Pay)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
This position is located within the Investor Product Marketing team, reporting to a Sr. Marketing Manager within the Service Experience & Product Adoption group. This group handles service experiences, digital adoption communications, new adoption expressions and broader team support, focusing on scale and efficiency while removing roadblocks and challenges to allow the broader team to work at their best. This marketer will be a key contributor to increase scale and efficiencies across the team by owning cross-team product marketing support, marketing channel process, resource creation and governance as well as website updates and maintenance. This role is heavy in execution work, with an occasional opportunity to support marketing strategy development work.

Centralize the creation, process, calendars and strategy of product marketing emails as well as other channels including web and banners.
Website updates and maintenance including, but not limited to: retiring of pages, managing a queue for product pages, maintaining and updating product hubs, and migration of the Intelligent Microsite Content.
Provide campaign support, including updates to printed materials, banners and ads.
Optimize campaign reports by partnering with internal data teams and utilizing external and third-party data to develop detailed and descriptive reports.
Update internal/field communications and hub.
Ideate with all partners on opportunities to gain efficiencies and improve outcomes – internally and externally, while developing product update strategies.
Work independently, partnering with appropriate stakeholders and teams, reporting out on progress on a regular basis.
Implement, develop, and maintain a centralized creative and process resource hub to serve as the marketers’ ‘first stop’ on their journey of implementation and strategy execution.
Partner with product marketing teams to organize regular share outs of projects, results, and learnings between teams to break down silos, allowing growth, learnings and sharing among individuals throughout the whole team.
Assist the Sr Manager in collecting, tracking, and sharing out success metrics and measurements for the team.

You are an extremely organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives on getting things done.
You have a proven track record of working well under pressure, completing projects and tasks within tight deadlines, while making sure your work is accurate.
You’re detailed and capable of managing a high volume of work streams.

You can properly prioritize projects based on business objectives and OKRs.
Marketing channel experience:

You have a thorough and holistic understanding of various marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on web and email.
You are familiar with website funnels, page structures, and basic HTML.
You are an out-of-the-box thinker who can provide suggestions to improve efficiencies and remove roadblocks.


You have a track record of excellent verbal and written communication skills that leads to new thinking, and drives more efficient management of the marketing program.


You thrive in cross-functional teams of diverse experts – product and client experience, agency, legal and compliance, content strategists, data and analytics, marketers and others to successfully build meaningful connections across all parties to deliver results.
