Job Description :
What will I be doing?

Multi-channel campaign management. Our 2023 growth plan is built around expanding our well-performing channels with plenty of room to experiment in new areas. You’ll play a key role in scaling the company by project managing lead generation campaigns from development to execution, moving multiple programs forward at once, setting deadlines and workback schedules, and coordinating across team members & departments. Programs could include webinars, content syndication, co-marketing efforts with a strategic partner, and more.
Measure and report. We use Hubspot to manage lead flows and track KPIs. You’ll keep an eye on your programs’ progress to make sure everything is implemented properly, track & share results.
Virtual and live event coordination. We run lots of webinars and attend a handful of conferences each year. You’ll play a key role in helping with event planning and logistics.
Marketing operations & administrative support. We’re a small team and we all wear a lot of hats, so you will too! That can include things like data entry, report building, scheduling meetings, documenting processes, etc.

Necessary Skills:

A smart, creative and energetic marketer with a desire to learn fast, work hard, and make a big impact.
Track record of successful campaign management. You know what tactics worked best and can share examples of past successes.
Flexible and agile. You embrace change, learn from failures, and are capable of adapting your programs based on real-time learnings.
Organized with strong follow-through. You can balance multiple projects and move them forward at the same time.
Stellar communicator. You aren’t afraid to be persistent and follow-up with reminders to make sure deadlines are hit.
Up for any challenge! The most successful marketers rarely say “I can’t”, they say “let me give it a try!”

The right candidate has:

3-5 years of relevant experience with B2B demand generation
Examples of successful marketing campaigns
Excellent organization & project management skills
Excel or Google Sheets skills
Experience with CMS (especially WordPress) and marketing automation tools (especially Hubspot)
