Overview

This role will work directly with our field locations to find the best talent to bring Smiles for Everyone. If you are tenacious about uncovering effective ways to reach ideal candidates and have the ability to be both strategic and detail-oriented, this is the place for you. You will be responsible for ongoing GP dentist recruitment including successful onboarding and retention efforts within the organization, sourcing, qualifying, screening, and placing dentists in opportunities throughout the organization. This position develops and maintains a pipeline of talent focused on driving business growth.
Responsibilities:

Plan and execute recruitment strategies to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operations
Maintain regular communication with potential candidates via email, phone, and social networking
Schedule candidates through the interview process
Provide exceptional communication and follow-up with appropriate COOs, Directors, Doctors, and staff at the practices
Some travel as needed to all regions as directed to attend company seminars, trade shows, vendor fairs, lunch and learns, and socials
Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvement measures

Responsibilities

3 plus years of recruitment experience, dental or healthcare experience is preferred
