Current Need
In this position, you will work closely with support leadership to help grow knowledge within the Support team. In addition to working with leadership, you will be assigned a team of agents to coach and mentor. Responsible for responding to product support questions from internal as well as external customers regarding the company’s software.
Key Responsibilities
Apply superior product knowledge in answering questions on functionality and best practices
Handle advanced/critical/sensitive issues
Perform agent case reviews
Provide individual monthly agent progress reports
Participate in cross functional team meetings as needed
Participate in weekly calibration meetings
Hold bi-weekly individual meetings with assigned agents for mentoring and coaching purposes
Work with training team/leadership to identify knowledge gaps or streamline a process. Review Support queues to assign to the appropriate teams/analyst
Call Center environment: This position will work a shift between 7a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (CST) M-F and possible on call for weekends on a rotated shift. Could include working evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent
Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
Healthcare experience preferred
Critical Skills
Superior product knowledge in answering questions on functionality and best practices
regarding Macro Helix
Experience handle advanced/critical/sensitive issues with Macro Helix
Work with training team/leadership to identify knowledge gaps or streamline a process
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Working knowledge of software support for customer applications.
Experience with Macro Helix
Working knowledge of Macro Helix 340B Architect software
Experience creating and delivering training
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work through a large case load per SLA requirements
Strong Troubleshooting, Critical thinking and Analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education
Degree or equivalent experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position
$24.50 – $40.84
