Job Summary
Milano Collection Wig Collection, a premium global wig company, is looking for a part-time Luxury Sales Associate in its upscale Los Angeles Showroom. This is a great opportunity with lucrative commission + hourly pay, for a highly polished, sales professional experienced in catering to an upscale clientele. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to make a big difference in women’s lives – helping them to look and feel their best. The Sales Associate’s responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to diplomatically resolve customer issues and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Consult with clients, and provide information on product features.
Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
Build strong relationships with clientele.

Requirements

Must be comfortable consulting with clients, and occasionally wearing wigs
Proven record of luxury retail sales experience
Friendly and energetic personality with good communication skills
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Ability to perform under pressure and address client issues diplomatically.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $45.00 per hour
