Job Description
The Opportunity:
Mattel Digital Engagement Group’s Content Development and Production team is seeking a Localization Coordinator to work closely with our Associate Manager of Localization to set up projects across a multitude of our world-class toy brands to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
What Your Impact Will Be:

Gather information from various sources
Update information in Smartsheets
Update information in Workfront
Create and organize Localization Plans in Word and Box
Maintain Box files, including uploading and removing all applicable files
Generate reports in Workfront

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years minimum admin work in a fast-paced environment.
1-2 years data entry experience.
Strong bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.
Great communication, organization, information management skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, readily adapting to continually changing priorities, nuanced feedback, and aggressive project time frames
Must have experience with spreadsheets
Must be able to meet deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Film/TV and or Journalism experience a plus
Experience with Workfront, Box, Onedrive, and Smartsheets a plus
