Job Description

Gather and organize data from SAP to prepare management report on routine basis
Follow department management’s guidance to perform project-base reporting, testing or audit procedures based on existing audit program or report templates
Critical thinking skills to develop well informed opinion
Document observation or results from audit practice and discuss potential findings with department supervisors
Perform data analysis and compiling information from various resources to generate ad-hoc report for management review
Coordinate and communicate with different departments or subsidiaries to perform audit procedures or solve problems
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Assist in preparing routine project and management reports
Review major accounting process including revenue recognition, cash disbursement, inventory management, fixed assets management, forward contract hedging activities
Assist in performing global financial audits and periodical review reports

Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related field of study plus a minimum of 1-3 years related work experience
Bilingual in Mandarin
Attention to detail
Quick learner

Additional Information
Base Pay is between $66,000-$80,000/year plus discretionary bonus. ,All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
