Job Description :
DIMENSIONS DU POSTE

Work directly with the Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering team.
Work directly with the availability leader on reliability issues on electrical Assets/equipment.
Participate actively in the analysis of electrical equipment, from both points of view, availability, and technical integrity side.

responsibilities:

Assessment of functional location in SAP, the existence of preventive and predictive maintenance program, documentation for all electrical assets: UPS and associated batteries, LV switchboard and switchgear, electrical cables, Power transformer, electrical motors, variable speed drives, S-PLC, electrical protection relays, charges and associated batteries, command control cabinets & protections, etc.

– Assessment of electrical equipment spares, components, and materials in the warehouse: checking conditions and suitability for future use. – Assessment of quality plans for electrical equipment spares. – Assessment of maintenance work process for electrical equipment (prioritization, preparation, QA/QC program, planning, work reception).

Develop preventive maintenance for All Electrical Assets/equipment, according to Totalenergies Guides and Manual.

– Develop a long-term renovation plan for each piece of equipment, to sustain high reliability and build a life cycle plan. – Perform criticality assessment on the electrical equipment part of each asset and define strategic spare parts:
A vulnerability study is a methodology designed to help determine the critical items of equipment withing the processing unit or system to understand which items are to be considered as vulnerable to safe, integrity, and reliable operation.

Develop predictive maintenance for substation switchgear, transformers, electrical distribution boards, PLC panels, main electrical isolators, and motors, based on thermographic testing (infrared camera), or other methodology.

Strong knowledge of refinery Electrical assets, equipment, components, and their functions
. – Strong knowledge of LV, MV, and HV electrical equipment.
– Qualified for harness, and ladder use, – Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting, you can give strong attention to details.
