Salary: $24 – 28 per hour + none

Our clients Corporate Counsel is looking for an experienced, reliable and detail oriented person to take on the role as Immigration Clerk. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well organized and manages their time well. They have excellent communications and writing skills. They must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. *Candidates with matching criteria or those with multple years of legal, expat and or immigration experience are encouraged to apply* We offer: * Medical, dental, and vision benefits * 401k * PTO * Holiday bonus salary: $24 – $28 per hour

Responsibilities

Intake H-1b and PERM public access files and other immigration documents (scan, place in appropriate electronic folders, update data in spreadsheets and databases).
Complete basic immigration electronic forms.
Posting compliance notices.
Mailing out immigration packets.
Create immigration related file folders (physical and electronic).
Organize physical and electronic files.
Scanning documents.
Shredding documents.
Data entry.
Other duties as assigned.
