Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shifts: Must be flexible to work both days and Nights. During training only, the schedule would be from 5 am-2 pm
Assignment length: 6 months
Must have: Prior related experience

What’s a typical day as Benefits Scheduling Clerk You’ll be:
Tracks and generates reports related to employee training attendance and vacation schedule.

The scheduling clerk will use their customer service skills to assist production employees while following defined departmental processes.
First line of contact for hourly union employees.
Responsible for overseeing production schedules to ensure minimal disruption to plant operations. Partners with manufacturing and warehouse leaders regarding running lines and all staffing needs for the shift and supports leaders in completing daily lineups
Identifies and communicates the need for overtime to the employee population; ensures adequate scheduled manpower to meet overtime needs. Accurately inform employees of work schedule, add, replace, and cancel workers as needed.
Provides support to Human Resources and Plant Leaders regarding the daily and weekly payroll processing for the union work force.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Posts manning schedule in designated areas.
Coordinates scheduling with operations; adjusts manning as appropriate.
Completes shift summary using absence report.
Completes administrative duties as requested by customers.
