We are a high volume firm looking for a high energetic individual to join us! The ideal candidate will assist the HR Manager with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including interviewing and hiring potential candidates.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assists with job posting in Indeed, Linkedin, and other sources.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates for a phone interview.
Schedules in person interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and selection materials.

Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Create new hire packets and onboarding.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
