Title of Position: HR Manager
Department: HR
Reports to: HR DirectorJOB DESCRIPTION
Manages the enforcement of policies and practices relating to all functional areasof Human Resources including: compensation, employee relations, benefits,training, employment law, workers compensation administration, recruiting andselection.Prepares monthly reports and directs all department special projects.Maintains employee records.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Seven years of experience in HR and Payroll field preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Requires knowledge of principles and practices of HR and payroll
processing.
Experience with Palocity.
Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Clear written and verbal communications.
Available to travel 10% of the time.

Term: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $85K -$95K
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
