Key Accountabilities:

Maintain knowledge of U.S. legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
Manage full cycle recruiting process with focus on enhancing candidate experience
Guide managers and employees through effective performance management in effort to meet and exceed organizational objectives and performance standards
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Implement, initiate, and maintain effective talent development and talent management programs
Help drive pay-for-performance culture
Provide policy interpretation for managers and employees
Assist with development and implementation of U.S. benefits programs including health insurance, spending accounts, life insurance, disability, voluntary programs, COBRA administration, employee assistance program, wellness programs, and retirement plans
Conduct HR training for manager and employee
Promote employee and manager self-service through Workday HCM application
Meet with employees and managers and conduct surveys to measure what is working well and where we have opportunities to improve
Maintain knowledge of HR trends and best practices to enhance employee experience

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Aptitude to quickly learn the organizations HR systems (experience with Workday a plus)
Ability to understand company objectives and align HR goals
Flexibility to travel domestically as required (10%)

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of operational human resource experience
SHRM-CP a plus
Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions

You are able to:

Work independently
Establish, develop, and maintain a strong partnership and relationship with managers, employees, and team members and support enhancing employee experience
Influence HR process and contribute ideas to boost HR strategy
