Job Summary
This position is a hybrid role with a heavy focus on analytics and data management paired with project management responsibilities. This role reports into the Director of the HR Project Management Office and will be deeply involved in organizational-wide projects and initiatives including Mergers & Acquisitions.
This position is 100% remote.
Data/Analytics-
Responsible for maintaining an HR Excel planning database by keeping up with a frequent schedule to refresh the data. This work is only expected to be necessary for an interim time period until an internal database is established.
Serve as one of the main Subject Matter Experts on the project to develop an internal HR planning database. (This project is currently in progress).
Continue to act as the Subject Matter Expert of this new database and partner with HRIS, HR Operations, IT, and others to build out user interfaces, reports and dashboards.
Produce reports based on the database or merge data from other sources.
Build and maintain employee data worksheets for special projects (such as acquisitions).
Partner with various departments such as FP&A, Program Management Office, on data and reporting needs.
Conduct analytical analysis of data as it pertains to the database, projects or existing HR operational data and provide an initial set of conclusion or recommendation based on the findings.
Produce visual representation of the analysis to provide to key stakeholders.
Project Management-
Responsible for running and overseeing smaller projects in the HR space, which may include ownership of the workplan, timelines, communication with stakeholders, monitoring of execution.
Collaborate with other HR PMO team members and functional leads within as well as outside of the HR department on planning and strategies.
Provide support to the team on larger projects such as Mergers & Acquisitions by assisting in preparation and organization or by overseeing smaller parts of the project.
Manage ad hoc requests and the strategic calendar to maintain and update content in the enterprise-wide Employee HR Portal.
Maintain the HR activity pipeline throughout the year and ensure strategic alignment with content in the Employee HR Portal.

Ability to enter data in pre-existing models and reports, run reports created by others
Ability to keep the customer in mind when developing data outputs (reports, graphs, tables, etc.) so they are intuitive and meaningful to the end user
Overall solid Excel skills including pivot tables, data tables, lookup functions and logical references
Requirements : Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent AND 3-5 years of human resource experience working with HR data and reporting.
Must have proven abilities with data analytics and the maintenance of confidential information
Broad and in-depth understanding of human resources policies and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of SuccessFactors or similar HRIS system
Project Management experience
