Job Description :
We are looking for a responsible, punctual, self-motivated person with a positive attitude who is able to multi-task and work well with others to join our company as an HR assistant.

Requirements:

1 year of HR experience is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Must have great computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and the ability to work well with co-workers
Assists employees and managers with general inquiries regarding employment, benefits, company policies and procedures, compensation, and other related matters.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s systems and processes
Ability to multi-task and work productively in a fast-paced team environment
Keeps up-to-date on employment laws and regulations
Candidates must be able to quickly resolve problems
Participates in various employee relations activities such as new hire orientation, benefits meetings, and employee functions
Performs other related duties and projects as required by management
A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
