Job Description :
HopMonk Tavern in Sebastopol, CA is looking for one host/hostess/food runner to join our 66 person strong team. We are located at 230 Petaluma Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Host Responsibilities:

*Answering the phones and book reservations *Greeting customers and making them feel welcome *Estimating wait time for guests *Assisting servers with standard shift support *Implementing basic covid-19 operation’s guidelines & mask/social distancing regulations

Runner Responsibilities:

*Running guest’s food *Quality control of the food in the expo window *Expo responsibilities *Maintaining a clean and organized work space

Qualifications:

*Friendly and outgoing personality *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Strong organizational and motivational skills *Ability to multi-task *Open availability is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 – $25.00/hour.
