About the Role
To provide high levels of customer service to all guests in line with Merlin Standards and Brand Guidelines throughout the Peppa Pig Play Plus attraction – on Admissions, F&B and Retail areas;
To have up to date product knowledge of the attraction to assist guests;
To actively promote the attraction to prospective guests;
To live and breathe the ‘Merlin Way’ values each and every day;
To work as part of a team with a ‘can do’ attitude to ensure the overall success of Peppa Pig Play Plus
Ensure the highest standards of accurate and efficient cash handling, always adhering to procedures, checking floats at the start and end of each shift;
Multi-Skilled Hosts working on Admissions, scan and validate ticket media to provide entry to guests
To ensure that adequate visitor surveys are returned by visitors.
To ensure the mystery visit criteria is adhered to at all times.
To follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department’s operating plan.
Multi-Skilled Hosts must have a strong knowledge of the Merlin attractions and the related Peppa Pig Play
Plus merchandise products.
Multi-Skilled Hosts operate the POS (Point-of-Sale) register system to process both credit and cash transactions at Retail, Admission and F&B areas of the attraction.
Multi-Skilled Hosts process new inventory and continually restock the sales floor.
Ensure that all voucher redemptions are recorded and reconciled on a daily basis.
Restock various ticket, informational and advertising media, ready for the attraction opening and that they are maintained and kept in a clean and tidy manner throughout the day.
Restock F&B provisions and ensure appropriate stock rotation and public health guidelines are followed
Restock Retail areas and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner, ensure that order requirements are made as per SOP with the Operations Team Leader.
To contribute your ideas to improve the guest experience and continually strive to improve the department.
It is key that all Multi-Skilled Hosts live and breathe the Merlin way values each and every day and act as an ambassador for both Merlin Entertainments and the Peppa Pig Play Plus brand.
Critically all Multi-Skilled Hosts must be team players and work together as a small team to provide the very best magical experience for every guest that enters the attraction.
The Multi-Skilled Hosts must ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the attraction at all times
Multi-Skilled Hosts are responsible for the proper planning and execution of the Peppa-Pig Play Plus Birthday party offering
About You
Experience in a customer service role.
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
You must be at least 16 to be eligible for this role.
