We have an immediate opening for a health care attorney with education or experience in health care law to help deliver effective solutions to complex legal issues facing clients that administer or provide health care services. Our health care clients primarily include health plans and hospitals. The health care team at BB&K advises on a broad array of health care legal matters, including health care regulatory matters, health care operations, health information privacy and security, Medi-Cal managed care, provider and vendor contracting, payer-provider disputes, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. Experience with health care regulatory matters related to public health care providers and Medi-Cal a plus. Los Angeles office location preferred; however, the attorney may be based in any BB&K office. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.
