Job Summary:

Inspect the property/grounds, reporting deficiencies to the Maintenance Supervisor
Mow lawn weekly during the proper season. Clean landscaping tools and equipment after each use.
Trim bushes and weed flowerbeds as needed
Shovels exterior walkways during the winter and salt/sand as needed.
Enjoy the respect of your co-workers, peers, and staff by contributing to the team and exhibiting professionalism
Tasks may change so be ready for every shift to present something new

Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid Non-CDL Class C Driver’s License
